The Anchor of Hull - Frigid Fundraiser 2025

2025. The ice cold ocean. And your favorite people in Hull working to fundraise for healing and wellness for all.

Talk about inspiring.

This year we have 2 STACKED teams of amazing community members ready to fundraise, and JUMP for their love of community. We have some returning jumpers like Rich Schutte, Scotty, Anne Finley, and Luca.

But this year we are also blessed for some new jumpers - Steve the New South Shore Taco Guy, Jennifer Freedman from Groom With Me, Jessica Mundo and her 2 youngest children, Shakti and Enki. We also have Werner who is a seasoned cold plunger, and Kristen who is not really excited about jumping, but she loves the Anchor too much to miss out.

All of these monies go to supporting The Anchor of Hull and its mission of providing safe, reliable healing and wellness in a variety of modalities for all - but especially those who are excluded from wellness historically - those who have experienced trauma, mental illness, physical illness, low income, substance use disorder, and isolation.

Help us Raise $50,000 to Fund Wellness and Healing Programs in Hull and Beyond.

All donations must be in by January 5th. We will announce the winner before they jump at 3pm January 10

HOW IT WORKS:

1. DONATE to the person/team you want to win. To do this, go to Kurt or Rich's individual fundraising page* and donate there.

2. SPREAD THE WORD** by sharing the fundraiser on your page! Get your loved ones to support the fundraiser by telling them what The Anchor means to you.

The Frigid Fundraiser is one of our most important fundraisers to help set up the Anchor financially for the upcoming new calendar year. This year, we have raised our goal. With that, we have new incentives for you!

Join us on Saturday, January 10th, at 3:00 pm at the Pemberton Pier (next to Shipwreck'd, across from Hull High School) to see the losing team take the plunge! We'll also go live on Facebook, so be sure to tune in if you can't make it.
